Shoes we're exactly what I expected and I really appreciated Holabird Sports having them in stock when other places were sold out. I got free shipping with my order (which I was excited about) but the entire week leading up to my delivery I had no tracking information from Fedex (it just showed me where in the country it was) with no delivery date the entire week, which was super annoying. I got an email when it arrived.

IMHO, an 'under the radar' company I stumbled upon searching for shoes. They have an extensive inventory, a well-designed web site, speedy processing of orders and are easy to do business with. Also, I had an occasion to contact customer service and was pleased with my experience.

I ordered some shoes from holabird and an employee called me a couple of days later to let me know that the item was out of stock and that they would ship as soon as they were available. Once available they expedited the shipping at no addi cost.
Consistently good service from Holabird. I wanted to purchase some new shoes and immediately after completing the transaction, remembered that I should have ordered a new set of strings so that all would come with free shipping. I immediately called customer support, who were able to help me order the strings.
We were very pleased with our order and how it was handled. We were given information on shipping dates and a tracking number. Order arrived very timely. The shoes are very well made and true to size. I could not ask for better service or quality of product.
